Where is Derma Aesthetics London located?
Derma Aesthetics London is located at 39 Harley Street London W1G 8QH. The closest Tube Station is Oxford Circus, roughly 10mins walk. There is parking on Harley Street which is Pay and Display. When you arrive at the clinic, please press the Derma Aesthetics London Buzzer so we know you have arrived. The Waiting Room is on the right-hand side, please wait there and someone will come to collect you.
Will I receive a booking confirmation email?
Yes. Once we have processed payment for your deposit, we will send you a confirmation of your booked appointment.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
All bookings, including consultations, are subject to £50 non-refundable deposit payment at the time of booking. Your appointment confirmation and any information required for your visit will be sent via email. We kindly ask that you provide an up-to-date email address at the time of booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, you need to notify Derma Aesthetics London 24 hours advance of the appointment time. Please note: deposits will only be refunded if the cancellation takes place within this timeframe. If we have to close the premises for circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your booking. So that we can keep you updated on any changes to your booking, please provide up-to-date contact details.
Are there any age restrictions for treatments?
All guests visiting and having treatments at Derma Aesthetics London must be aged 18 or over.
